Thank you for taking the time to read my first ever blog in the “blogosphere”.  To be really honest, I have always wondered why people would want to do this or even read other people’s blogs.  Don’t they have anything better to do?  And who gives a crap anyway?

Well one of my friends started doing it and it was actually interesting to read and get great insight into another person’s mind. So here I go and hopefully I can share what’s on been my mind and have some discussion on topics that are near to my grey matter.  Worse case scenario is it leaves something for my kids to one day read and laugh about one day.

I graduated from UBC Dental School in 1989 and then moved to Quesnel, BC that year.  I got homesick and came back home a year later to set up my practice in Oakridge Centre in Vancouver, BC, Canada.  It’s been a great ride so far and I’m having the time of my life working with my patients, many of whom have become friends, to keep their teeth and smiles healthy and happy.  I have an awesome crew that I get to work with everyday and it’s a joy to go to work every morning.

Over the next few blogs, I will be talking about new technology and knowledge in dentistry and sharing some stories about working as a dentist with you.  You will be surprised to know that not all dentists are boring and goofy and some of the things I share may even shock you.
